So here is another in the series of Tall bearded irises.  The breeder in 1999 actually named this special iris "Starship Enterprise".  Amazing colors!  Hope you enjoy.

Just love painting pansies!  I felt like these looked very playful, all the different colors and even the way they are in various directions in the jar.  Happy Monday friends!  Hope this is a good week painting and playing at your easel!

Summers Friend

I have been thinking of painting a hummingbird for so long it's been driving me crazy!! I love watching them eat and play in my backyard.  They tease each other and chase larger birds!  This little guy makes me happy!  Hopefully I don't sound too crazy actually writing this.
