Everyday I get up I'm thankful for all the gifts I have been given.  It allows me to be free to paint and just enjoy it wether or not it turns out or not that doesn't matter!  It's just fun and its a joy in trying.  PayPal Buy it Now $50.00

Summertime Blooms

    Today was one of those days I felt like painting my sunflowers.  In this Arizona heat you get sluggish!  I get going and then I forget how hot it is, I also forget my laundry.  Well, at least for a brief moment. 

Anyhow , we paint what we love and sometimes it turns out great and that's time we'll spent.

Sunflowers in Blue & White Vase

So the other day I received a email from an old client of mine and she was telling me how much she was still enjoying the paintings she had collected of mine.  In it she reminded me of one of the painting that had a Japanese vase.  So I remembered how much I loved that vase and just was inspired to paint another!  I hope you have had a good day painting today!   I love being able to share with all of you through this blog.  I look forward to hearing from you.  Thanks for looking!

Pansies III

Well today was good, took the kids to ride our scooters and then after lunch painted the next in the series of pansies.  

I had fun working with the bright colors in these fine pansies.  I hope to paint more but for now I think that's all!

Pansies & a new iPhone app

So I was asked recently why I don't blog much and I said I didn't have a way to upload my photos through my iPhone!  And today I finally found a free blogger app.  Pardon my tech UN savvyness I didn't know it could be this easy!  So know I have know excuse, well two kids under 6 still is my backup excuse.  Anyhow,  these pansies were fun to paint I can't say that everyday is as inspiring as the last, but this daily paint work was great!

I hope you paint for the joy of the paint the relaxation.  Skills come later.

Something Different

So here I am again!  It's  been a long time since I got my act together and blogged.  So I have been thinking of painting birdhouses and birds for a while just for a change and finally did.  I am really glad I did.  I love birds.  We have so many birds here in our backyard in AZ it is awsome!
