Lemons & Daisies

So it has been a while since my last blog, but that is life with a 2 and 6 year old!  Time is very limited so I use it to paint when I have it kid free. 
So I have painted another of my favorite new setups and that is lay it all on the table and see what happens kind of thing, setup.  It is already loose so when I go to paint it I don't have to work very hard.  I enjoy the mystery in the nagative space and the various shadows.

Painted this today from a set up in my studio!  I love picking out the shapes mixing up the paint and just going for it!  It is always such a good time!  I love daily painting it keeps the drawing in my hands so it becomes more like walking to me of breathing.
